The MX thermocover is a lid with which the sample containers can be heated from above. The lid is automatically recognized by the main device. As soon as it is connected to the device, the lid starts to heat the vessels from above so that the temperature of the vessel lid is higher than that of the heating block. This creates an equilibrium condition and prevents condensation of the sample inside the tubes.
